I am taking part in the Dragon Duathlon with my friends Ken, Martin and Adrian to raise funds for Prostate Cymru. We started running and cycling together about three years ago and have entered a number of competitions like ultra runs and duathlons since.

On 1st July we will be taking part in the Dragon Duathlon, an epic sporting endurance challenge. We will be cycling from Swansea, South Wales to Beaumaris, North Wales as well as running up the three peaks of Wales in 24 hours.
