Working across the UK, the charity brings together 4 national mental health charities to improve understanding and provide vital care. Living with a mental health condition can affect many aspects of daily life, from your physical health to your home, your work and ability to manage money.

Your generous donations help Mental Health UK reach more people affected by poor mental health with advice, support and information.

Your donations could help:

£5 could keep online resources up-to-date, so that people living with poor mental health who need support with legal problems can access our online letter templates.

£10 could print and distribute up to 30 copies of Mental Health UK’s information guide, helping young people to learn about mental health problems and where to find help.

£20 could hire a room for 2hours, giving a new support group the chance to meet for the first time.

£30 could pay for a specialist adviser to answer a call from someone living with mental health problems and offer them personalised support and advice.

£50 could provide art materials to a support group, helping members participate in a creative activity while building new networks with their peers.
