Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. I'm walking 20 miles in the Bakewell, Derbyshire Pink Ribbonwalk to fundraise for Breast Cancer Care. This will be no mean feat, but nowhere near as challenging as facing a breast cancer diagnosis.

In September 2014, at the young age of 39,  my friend Sue was given the devastating news that she had breast cancer. When I found out that she was taking part in this event whilst still recovering from some gruelling treatment I was in awe of her. When she then asked me to join her on her personal challenge I immediately new I wanted to take part. Not only to support and encourage Sue but to contribute in some small way to the fight against cancer.
