Yes I am trying to stop the clock again!

Once again I am a going to be running The Great North Run in Newcastle on the 20th September. This is a tough half marathon (13 miles and a bit) with two killer hills. As ever I am attempting to hit a respectable time which i guess is under 1'40" but I did not make it last year. This year I have been training hard but it does not get any easier...

Once again I am supporting the MS society and would be grateful if you would encourage me to run faster by sponsoring me. Every bit helps.
