<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 15.0pt; mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-family: Corbel; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: JA;">I have decided to take part in an Ironman Triathlon in Nice, France on the 24th of June. An Ironman Triathlon consists of a consecutive 2.4mile (3.8km) swim, 112mile (180km) bike ride and 26.2mile (42.2km) run. There is over 1500m of vertical climb during the bike ride. On top of the obvious physical challenges the average temperature on the day will be in the high 20’s. I also need to complete the event in less than 16.5 hours to be classed as an official finisher. So, all in all, I think this should prove to be a fairly challenging day.</span></p>

Cancer Research UK is the world’s leading cancer research charity. The charity supports over 4,000 medical professionals in the UK with their research. Thanks to the supporters of Cancer Research UK, their work has helped transform the way cancer is prevented, diagnosed and treated today.</span></p>
