I am participating in a 100 Mile Cycle through Mayo and Galway on the 8th of June 2013 in support of the Josie Reddington Foundation.
 
The proceeds from this event will be distributed between 4 chosen charities: Cystic Fibrosis West, The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, Scleroderma Society and Our Lady's Children Hospital Crumlin.
