I am taking part in Palace to Palace London supported by Saudi Aramco, on 5th October 2014. I'll be cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, all in aid of The Prince's Trust.  Despite my knee surgery less than 7 weeks before, I am hoping to put myself through more saddle soreness to raise money for those people less fortunate than myself.
