Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I don't even know where to start here, so I'm just going to write and see what I come up with.  

A month ago I travelled through Calais.  I still cannot find the words to describe how haunted I've been since.  I keep trying, then having to start again because nothing quite covers it.  

I can only imagine having to leave my home and having no where safe to go.  I can't imagine having to make the decision to put my family in danger to get away from a greater danger in the place where they grew up.  I could keep throwing words about but they pale in comparison to the images and footage and stories we've all seen from this crisis.  

I've been trying to find a way to help, a way to feel like I can make some sort of difference.   I'm a firm believer in working with what you have to make whatever difference you can, so I am raffling a selection of my work to raise funds for Doctors Without Borders to support their work in aiding the current refugee crisis in Europe.

For every £2 you donate, you will be entered into a raffle to win a piece of my work. 

You could win one of six prizes;  a little silk winged mouse, one of three fish skeletons, an original drawing, or a one of a kind silk rabbit doll !!!  You can enter from anywhere in the world.  

The more you donate, the more chances you have to win.  For example, 

£2 = 1 entry

£4 = 2 entries

£10 = 5 entries 

and so on.

Winners will be selected on the 12th of September and contacted via the email provided to Just Giving.  I'll also announce the winners on my Facebook page.  Please make sure you add a name when you donate (even a silly alias, as long as I have some way of identifying you), and I will make sure that your name is entered into the draw.
