I've always been struck by the generosity of our fundraisers who do so much for our Clinic, and also the huge need there is to find treatments and potentially cures for people living with chronic neurodegenerative conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and early dementias. People with MS in particular, often suffer from neuropathic pain sometimes described as a hot, tingling burning feeling. By taking part in the Fire Walk, we are walking in their steps for a few yards.
