<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my Paris Bike Ride 2011 JustGiving page.</p> <p><em><strong>STOP PRESS: unfortunately due to an injury sustained whilst preparing for the ride I have had to step down from the cycling group but am still participating in the ride as a member of the support team and am still raising money for The Canterbury Gift.</strong></em></p> <p>31 riders will ride from London to Paris on 'green routes' via Newhaven and Dieppe over 5 days in late July 2011. The ride is in aid of The Canterbury Gift - a major fundraising charity for Canterbury Cathedral, one of the world's great buildings and a place that is particularly special to me. The Cathedral receives no funding from government, and essential repairs and developments are needed to ensure that this magnificent building continues to inspire people for another 1400 years.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
