I have worked for Skills for Development for the last three years. I was a part of the team that conceptualized the rice project - an initiative to teach sustainable rice farming techniques to poverty stricken farmers in Cameroon and help them to increase their income.

We ran the first phase of the project last year where we taught nearly 150 farmers. Now, we are ready to take the project to 200 more farmers and solve some more core problems that our farmers face..
