As Lady Captain of the Suffolk Golf and Country Club my chosen charity this year is Catch22.  We are raising money for the Suffolk Mentoring Project.  This project involves matching volunteers to young people who are in difficult and often vulnerable situations.  The mentoring gives children the chance to have some positive one to one attention away from school and home environments.  Providing a positive role model, the mentors build a safe and trusted relationship with each young person and through quality time, encouragement and lending a compassionate ear, work through any challenges the mentee faces.

I am in strict training for this half marathon and I would appreciate any donations you can give to help me support this great cause.
