I will be joining the "Enchanted Elephant Trail" on August 22nd.   This is a sponsored country walk of 5 miles which may not sound far but for me will be a big challenge following my surgery and other medical interventions over the past months.....

 Skanda Vale is a day hospice local to me in Wales.   They provide fantastic support and medical treatment - I still benefit from this on a weekly basis.   They receive no funding from the NHS and depend totally on donations from the public without which they would not be able to continue their great work.

I hope you feel able to support me and them.....every penny counts !
