<p>I have been fortunate enough to get a place in the Virgin London Marathon again for 2011. This time I am running for the <strong>Salveson Ski Group</strong>. As most of you know my Daughter has Aniridia which is a rare congenital eye condition resulting in underdeveloped eyes, incomplete formation of the iris and in most cases poor vision, usually affecting both eyes. In extreme cases this can lead to total loss of vision. I have volunteered to be part of the team taking 11 young people to Coloado to learn to ski. The young person I am looking after also has Aniridia. So please do dig deep and help the Salveson Ski Group to finance future trips and so help others who are less fortunate than most.</p>
<p><strong>WIN A FLIGHT IN MY HOT AIR BALLOON</strong></p>
<p>As an added incentive I will be donating a flight in my hot air balloon to the person making a donation through this web page and who makes the closest guess to my actual finishing time. Just for your information last year I completed the course in 4 hours 28 minutes and 24 seconds. For your guess to count you must add your guess into the Donation Message when you make your donation. For example if you make a guess the same as my last year’s finishing time then just add “4:28:24” into the comments.</p>
