My legs are a little stiff this morning but other than that I am fine.

It was a great expereince and made all that more amazing by the truly wonderful support and generosity shown to me by all of my supporters and sponsors.

The crowd were fanatastic with their shouts of encouragement.

I also couldn't believe that I spotted my Brother and his wife not once but twice around the course.  They managed to take this picture of me at mile 15.

======================================

Thank you so much for visiting my JustGiving page.

I have been allocated a place in the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday 25 April 2010.

I have never run that distance before so at the not so tender age of 51 I have decided that I should have a go while I still can!

I am hoping to raise £2,000 for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC)

The NSPCC's purpose is to end cruelty to children and their vision is of a Society where all children are loved, valued and able to fulfil their potential

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please donate now and help me to support this great cause.
