The 3 peaks challenge begins with Ben Nevis in Scotland – the highest of the 3 at 1344m. We then will transfer to the Lake District and climb Scafell Pike and we will finally finish by climbing Snowdon (at 3.30am!) and descend before we clock 24 hours.

The most important thing however is the reason why I'm doing this – to raise money for Marie Curie.Every £20 raised provides 1 hour of nursing care for Marie Curie Cancer Care, an amazing charity who support individuals and their families at a very difficult time in their lives. I am sure that we have all been affected by cancer at some point in our lives - whether it be a loved one, friend, colleague or family member and we all know how tough it can be. Marie Curie works to make it not so tough.
