I am cycling, as part of a group of 30 people taking part in Rod's Money for Myeloma Bike Ride, a long distance cycle event running from Chepstow to Chester.  We will be cycling a total of 220 miles following the well known Lon Las trail for the first 157 miles from Chepstow to Trawsfynedd before turning right across the Snowdonia National Park and on to Chester.  The ride runs through four mountain ranges with a total height gain of 4,300 meters. Amanda will be cycling the last leg of 79 miles with 1983 metres of climbing.
