I am taking part in the London triathlon which requires me to complete a 1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10k run!
I am raising funds for Fresh Start who help people make a home for themselves."
The work of the organisation is underpinned by the following
Practical: Fresh Start offers its supporters opportunities to make a material and emotional difference in the day to day life of its clients.
Just 11 pounds can provide a starter Pack to help make a fundamental difference to the quality of people’s lives. For example: bedding to keep warm at night; curtains to feel secure; pots & pans to cook a hot meal; crockery & cutlery to eat the meal; cleaning materials and other items that all help to make a house a home.
