The Daisy Appeal - Humber Bridge Abseil · 27 May 2012 ·

Hull & East Yorkshire Medical Research Centre (Daisy Appeal) opened in 2008. The charity built the Jack Brignall PET-CT Scanning Centre in 2014. In 2024 we built a Molecular Imaging Research Centre to produce PET CT tracers. We are fundraising for a £3m digital scanner to help save more lives.

Story

Hi all - this year I am taking part in the Humber Bridge abseil which is on 27th May and I am raising funds for The Daisy Appeal which is such a worthwhile charity. I have to say that I am a bit nervous about abseiling down the bridge, but I am sure that it will be a great achievement and a massive relief when my feet are back on solid ground!!!
