On Sunday the 11th of October I'm going to be jumping off the Forth Rail Bridge for Capability Scotland.

(albeit abseiling - this is charity not the crazies)

Obviously I'd be lying if I said that this wasn't a fantastic opportunity for me to go do something utterly insane, but it is for a very good cause www.capability-scotland.org.uk

 

Furthermore I'm jumping with my mate Ken, and it's imperative that I raise more money than him - thus winning the popularity contest
