Not having done a 3 day ride for a few years, when GCz floated the idea, I said I was "interested". The next communication confirmed I was "committed" and that any protestation would be futile. So on 17th September I will be joining colleagues from Infor and some great sponsors on our first charity cycle ride from London to Paris to raise money for Help for Heroes. The freedoms we enjoy today are down to those who put their lives and limbs on the line.

With encouragement from you together we can raise funds to support those who have already sacrificed so much for us. Your sponsorship will spur me on to the last kilometre. Although I suspect I may not have much left for the final sprint!
