Sweet Charity is the charity for the UK confectionery industry (previously the Confectionery Benevolent Fund). We have been supporting industry employees and their dependents since 1918. We provide practical, emotional and financial support to past and present employees who are experiencing difficult circumstances and we help them to make their lives a bit easier.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the Tough Guy Challenge - Nettle Warrior with various members of the Sheffield Manufacturing team. Attached is a link to the website so that you can see just what I have let myself in for:

Please could you take the time to sponsor me to make all the training and pain and anguish on the day worth while. All funds raised by myself and other team members are going to Sweet Charity that is the charity for the confectionery industry. They have been supporting industry employees and their dependents since 1918. They provide practical and emotional support to past and present employees from the confectionery industry and aim to help make their lives a bit easier.
