Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be running in both the Middlesbrough 10k and the 2009 Bupa Great North Run to raise money for TOFS.  TOFS offers support and information to the families and carers of children born with tracheo-oesophageal fistula (TOF), oesophageal atresia (OA) and related conditions. The group enables families to benefit from the friendship of other parents who have experienced the particular stresses of caring for these children - as well as the joy when problems have been overcome.

This is a charity that is very close to our hearts after my cousin Isobel was born with this condition in 2006. Over the last two and a half years she has undergone several major operations and may face more in the future.

TOFS has been an invaluable source of info and support for her family.
