Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We have all heard of Parkinsons and if you're like me probably associate it with older people. My grandad had Parkinsons but a few years ago my sister was also diagnosed with it whilst in her 40's. Typically, she doesn't complain but calls me up and asks me if I would be interested in cycling 100km around London to help raise funds for Parkinson's UK. If you check out the link below you will see that although Parkinsons affects mobility, riding a bicycle may provide temporary relief of the symptoms for some sufferers.

Check out this old boy in the video. http://youtu.be/aaY3gz5tJSk

Please could I have your help and support to raise funds so that further research may continue in the hope that a cure maybe found for this debilitating illness.

Thank you.
