I completed my 5k Santa run as expected.  I ran with a friend whose knee caused him problems half way round, so he told me to go on ahead.  I finished in 34 minutes, then went back to find him so we could cross the finish line together.

A big big thank you to everyone who sponsored me to do this.  It was a real help whilst running to know that I was doing it for a great cause and on the back of all the wonderful donations made by everyone.  So THANK YOU!!
