I will be prising myself away from Faulty towers for a day to help with a great charity.  I have not been on a bike for 5 years (unlike Jayne), so it will be tough, but is for a very worthwhile cause.  So please 'dig deep' and give as much or as little as you can and help me reach my target of £250 and the team target of £20k on this JustGiving page.
