Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last year I cycled 200 miles to Brussels to raise money for Street Action's partner New Generation in Burundi. Many people were incredibly generous in sponsoring me and as a team we managed to raise almost £13,000. This year I am getting back on my bike and taking the challenge several steps further. In September I will be cycling 280 miles, in four days across six nations (England, France, Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg and Germany) and hoping to raise £999.91 for Street Acion's parters in Burundi, Kenya and South Africa.

So, why am I doing this? As well as looking forward to, (whilst at the same time feeling slightly scared), an amazing / challenging ride, I'm committed to the work of Street Action, (www.streetaction.org), and I'm excited about supporting pioneering grassroots street children organisations who are really making a difference to the lives of street children in Africa.
None of the money I raise is going towards me being able to do the ride. I am paying for all the expenses spearately, meaning that 100% of what I raise goes to Street Action projects.

Who is Street Action? They are one of the leading street children charities in the UK supporting local partners working with street children in Burundi, Kenya and South Africa providing sustainble financial support and promoting the work they do through research and advocacy.
I personally know the directors of the charity and feel completely confident that they are genuinely for the children and projects they are supporting. If you'd like to know more please get in touch or check their website.

So what can you do? I would love you to sponor me how ever much you feel you can afford. £10 can go a long way to support the work of Street Action's partners.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you for any support you can give.
