I'm doing the Lancashire Telegraph / Jane Tomlinson / Pennine Lancashire 10k Run in Blackburn on July 11. I'd like to raise some money for the Stroke Association as my mum died of a stroke a decade ago.

About a dozen of us at work are running it, so I won't be able to raise any charity cash from work colleagues. Anyone who can help would be much appreciated.
