On the 22nd March I will attempt to ride 100 miles, though I do have a fair amount of mountain biking experience I have never ridden any where near this far or long before

. I will be attempting this with a group of people some of who I had never met before the start of this little adventure. As a group we all have varying levels of cycling experience but we are drawn together to support a fantastic charity in our fight against cancer.

 So if you can help me with this frankly massive task I will be forever thankful.
