My story
Hello there!
2 years ago many of you kindly supported me on the Nile bike ride we did.
We are going again -this time to Marrakesh - and this time for Nordoff Robbins, Childline and Teenage Cancer Trust.
We will be cycling 175km under a burning sun and I shall pedal and chafe away again!
- so I hope you will be able to support these great charities for me.

So I made it! 90 degrees plus over 175km-Numb and sore in certain areas!We are closing in on our £250k target I am thrilled so many of you have donated so generously-many many thanks-Those that would still like to - it's not too late-such great charities too Many many thanks Paul
So I made it! Bit sore and numb! We had a tough 175 km ride through the desert - mid 90"s most of the day. Very numb and sore in certain parts but all worth while. Thanks so much to those of you who sponsored me so generously-still not too late for those that still want to! Paul
