I managed to get round in 1 hour 53 minutes

 

Bloater Paul here. I have finally realised I need to lose weight and do my bit for charity. I am therefore running in the Weston Tough Ten on Valentines Day (Don't tell Claudia!) It is (surprisingly) a 10 mile race along the beach and up through the woods and through the woods again!

 

I am running this in aid of BRACE which is a great bristol charity in aid of alzheimers. My Dad died of this about 10 years ago and it wasn't great.

 

Please give loads and help them!!!
