My name is Paul Douglas, and I'm taking part in my first Triathlon on Sunday.  I think it is a swim, a cycle, then a run in Essex somewhere.  I will have my armbands, running shorts and of course my shiney helmet raring to be used.

 

I've been off the beers for ages (apart from last night) and would really appreciate any donation that would spur me on to finish my first ever Triathlon.  My target is to beat 1hr 45mins (I'll just pretend that Rob Davis is chasing me).
