We will be looking to complete 8 triathlons in one day, one in each of the contracts in the SE Region.

We will be raising money for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, where one of our colleagues, Sammy Eldridge, is currently undergoing treatment for cancer.

A fantastic cause and one I hope you can support by sponsoring me.

Each Triathlon will consist of a 1 mile run, 5km bike and a 200m  swim. At the end of the day this will be a total of 8 miles ran, 40km cycled and 1 mile swam. As well as doing each of the triathlons there will be just under 200 miles of travelling from site one Woodside centre to the eventual finish line in Fareham.
