A group of colleagues and myself are going to be running, crawling, jumping and sliding for 7k on the 27th of June all to raise money for the Emily Ash Trust. The trust helps children and their family members suffering from cancer and do a fantastic job. I'm hoping to do the course as quickly as I can (and may even sneak around for another casual lap at the end).
