Not a good idea for our third day of training a s the road form Yelverton to Princetown is just one 5 Mile hill but we did manage to do it, and the feeling of achievement was great. and a 5 mile decline on a push bike is brilliant, but the sudden stop at the bottom of the hill had me in A&E for a few hours LOL

13/02

decided to take a trip to Cawsands today not a bad trip, had some massive hills to tackle but we managed them.

14/02

to day we went to callington well i went to Callington. Barbs got a puncture just outside so i soldiered on into the town centre to buy some innertubes to fix it bu i could not get the tyres off so she had to be rescued by the daughter and son in law. so i cycled back by myself and it was great
