Again this year, I'm taking part in a 161-mile cycle ride from London to Castle Donington on 10th June - crossing the finish line at the Download Festival.

Hopefully this year I'll be able to avoid nettle filled ditches (not recommended), but the reason for this ride is to raise money for three charities who do tremendous work - Childline, Nordoff Robbins and Teenage Cancer Trust.
