Well I did it, but a bit slower than I had hoped, 4.48, ten minutes slower than last year, but it was tremendous experience and very uplifting. It really does bring out the best in people, the support from the crowd was unbelievable. I was very pleased to see the finish as the last mile had seemed to go on for ever. I saw Sara and the boys twice this time, which was great, especially at 23 miles. I ran with my brother, Kevin, until 21 miles and he put in a very good 4.38. Thank you very much for sponsoring me, it is greatly appreciated.
I also have a sponsorship site running @ http://beatms.mssociety.org.uk/netcommunity/PH but some people have told me that they are having difficulty logging on, so I have also set this one up. I used Just Giving last year and it worked very well.
