Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In previous runs I've generally just tried to beat my previous best times. Last year I did 1 hour 56 minutes which was my personal best.

However this year I've turned 69 and due to other circumstances I'm just going to try and finish the race and raise as much money for the charity of my choice.

The charity I've chosen is Prostrate Cancer UK and I hope that I can raise a significant amount and to help make a difference to the support given to men diagnosed and to the research undertaken to improve on their prognoses.
