Between 23rd and 31st August my son Nicholas and I will be cycling five hundred miles round Belgium to raise money for Rethink Mental Illness. It's a bit longer than last year's Fosse Way ride but with fewer hills! 

Starting at Zeebrugge we will be cycling through Flanders to Maastricht in the Netherlands and returning via Namur, Mons, Tournai and Ypres.  As part of our ride we will be visiting Geel, the first centre of community care in the world for people with a mental illness.
