BUPA Great North Run 2009 · 20 September 2009 ·

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS) is the UK’s leading charity representing and supporting half a million adults with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and children and young people with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), through our helpline, information services, research and campaigns.

Story

I work for NRAS and am pleased to be taking part in the Great North run this September.  On a daily basis I talk to people on the phone who have to live with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), a very debilitating disease.  NRAS is the only charity specifically geared to supporting those who have RA, their families and carers.

I am currently in training (about to start training!)  Please support me by donating on my page.
