Thomley is a place for people of all abilities & disabilities. We bring disabled people, their families, carers & friends together with nurturing & understanding staff. Each year we receive over 15,000 visits from disabled people. With your help we can support more people in even more ways.

Story

<div class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;">Hello Everyone,</div> <div class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;"><br />For those of you that know me personally, you will know that running was never my thing.. For those that know me through work will know, that quoting &amp; bills is part of my job!! After winning a contract at Thomley Hall Activity Centre and learning about what they did there, I thought it was time to get out of the office and give something back.<br />&nbsp;</div> <div class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;">So I have signed up for the Reading half marathon on March 20th to raise some valuable money for Thomley Hall.<br />&nbsp;</div> <div class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;">Thomley is an activity centre which provides recreational facilities for disabled children and support for their families. The activity centre is just the first phase of a much bigger vision to provide life long support to disabled people and their families.<br />&nbsp;</div> <div class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;">As part of our refurbishment project we are developing the facilities to provide a games room, mini gym, a fully equipped kitchen amongst other things all of which will need furnishing on completion.<br />&nbsp;</div> <div class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;">My aim is to raise as much money as possible by the time of the race, which coincides with our completion date. Hopefully this money can go towards some specialist equipment to give the kids the help they need in life for many years to come.<br />&nbsp;</div> <div class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;">Many thanks for all your support and please give generously. Thanks.<br />&nbsp;</div> <div class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;">Paul<br /><br />&nbsp;</div>
