Story
Hi everyone and thank for visiting my Just Giving page.
This summer was a tough one for my family with the passing of my wife’s beloved father Christopher Hardy, who died at home on the 24th July after a long battle with Cancer. I have been with me wife for 12 years and unfortunately never knew Chris without cancer, he was tough and fought hard but unfortunately after having three different types of cancer lost his battle. He did incredibly well to survive as long as he did.
I am going to do a white collar Boxing fight at Epic Studios in Norwich on Saturday 10th December through Ultra White Collar Boxing to raise money for Cancer.
He was a great father to my wife, a great husband to the lovely Linzi, and an amazing Grandpa to my three beautiful kids Oliver-Jack, Sienna, and Jake. Chris and I had a great relationship and he found nothing funnier than me falling over or having some kind of clumsy accident or mishap . It gives me great pleasure to think how happy he would be watching me getting punched in the head numerous times or flattened by someone half my age.
We all miss him very much and my aim is to raise as much money as possible so that it can be used to help prolong the life of someone else so they can spend as much valuable time with their families as possible.
I totally understand that this is a time where we are being squeezed and the cost of living is higher than ever, but if you can spare a small amount for this great cause then I’d be forever grateful.
