Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year will be my 6th consecutive year taking part on the Great North Run. This year will also be special as I will be running with my Daughter Sophie and her boyfriend Louis. No PB's , just going to get round. Most of you know why I run for The Prostate Cancer Charity, but for those who don't know, I run in memory of my Grandad (Ken) who lost his battle against this cancer in December 2005. I'll also be wearing my pink hat, shorts, wristband in memory of my Nan (Peggy) who passed away due to Breast Cancer just 3 months before my Grandad. So please sponsor me for my cause.

The Good News is that donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
