Myself and a group of my work colleagues had the idea that it would be good challenge to cycle 500 miles from Cardiff to Dundee this June for our Charity of the year but I must have missed the part when they said we would do it in 5 days.

This will be the biggest challenge that I've ever undertaken and in the coming months Im sure I'll rack up a few hundred miles and hours in the saddle just to get ready
