Hey folks! I'm taking part in the Edinburgh 5k Big Fun Run on the 15th July 2012 to help raise money for RP Fighting Blindness. This is my first 5k and I thought this would be a great way to motivate myself to get fitter and healthier. More importantly I thought this would be a great opportunity to help someone other than myself and to raise both money and awareness for a worthwhile cause.
