Hey folks! I'm taking part in the Edinburgh 5k Big Fun Run on the 15th July 2012 to help raise money for RP Fighting Blindness. This is my first 5k and I thought this would be a great way to motivate myself to get fitter and healthier. More importantly I thought this would be a great opportunity to help someone other than myself and to raise both money and awareness for a worthwhile cause. Any donation, however big or small, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this page. =D

RPFB was set up to support those with retinitis pigmentosa, a genetic condition that leads to loss of sight and often blindness.The charity provides services to help live with sight loss and supports funding research into potential treatments. RP affects people of both sexes, all ages and all races.
