<p>On the 1st January I will be taking part in the annual New Year’s Day Swim at Carnlough Harbour. I am taking the plunge into the Irish Sea to help to raise funds for a very worthwhile cause. All money is going to the Northern Ireland Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Ballymena Branch, so please give generously.</p>
