Tina and I are joining our friend, Richard, cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle. 

Why are we doing this? It's a challenge, we're enjoying the training and we hope it will be fun although maybe not during the ride itself. 

The thing is, if you are going to do something like this, what better cause than this? I was going to right an essay to explain what they do and if you work with me, you know what I mean! I can't do better than they can, however, so take a look at their site http://www.princes-trust.org.uk
