Hey, almost a year ago a great friend of mine died of an undetected heart disease, this Saturday, myself and Jeff's family and friends are walking the Yorkshire 3 peaks (a new challenge for me) in honour of Jeff and also to help raise as much money as possible to prevent those close to you from suffering such a loss.
