13 years ago I was diagnosed with chronic degenerative disc disease in my lumber spine and neck.  After 3 operations replacing two discs and fusing one, I was told I would be in a wheelchair.

This year I’ve taken up runniag again and will be testing myself to tackle the 9 miles from Long Eaton to Nottingham Castle, as part of the EMA2Notts run.

I would really appreciate your support as this is my first big challenge for 2019.
