Update :happy to report I finished in a time of 2 hours & 51 mins

In March 2011 I'll be running (well probably lightly jogging) in the Reading Half Marathon in memory of Steve, raising funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Despite Motor Neurone Disease tending to affect people in the 50 - 70 age range  Steve was diagnosed when only 30 and sadly he passed away at the age of 32 just before Christmas.

Steve was a great lad , a  very popular work colleague and occasionally a football team mate/opponent. . He was also a mad keen Liverpool supporter but please try not to hold that against him.
